Our initial in-person consultation is $150. We will meet in your space and work together to frame your style, define your scope, and evaluate the size of your space so we can estimate the amount of time we need to dedicate to your project.  The fee structure for the entire project will be determined by the scope of your project.

There is no typical home project. The level of finishes that you want in your home will greatly impact the budget.  We work hard to focus on what is most important to you and have a great track record of sourcing finishes that look amazing no matter the size of budget dedicated to the project.

The first step is the in-person consultation to get to know you, your style preferences and define the scope of your project. You will also get a feeling for us and our initial vision for your home to see if you think we are a good match.  After our consultation we will provide you with a contract for design services that will define our proposed fee structure along with next steps to design and estimate your project.

We are passionate about pulling the vision for your space together.  We prefer to manage the project from start to finish, including installation to ensure that everything meets expectations.

It all depends on the customization needed to meet our vision and size of the project.  For the sake of averages, we can expect to be in each other lives for eight to twelve weeks for furnishing projects, but as much as six months to a year for projects involving construction.  We do everything possible to make sure you enjoy the process and the outcome.

We pride ourselves on designing complete spaces that are functional and reflects your style and this usually requires more than one or two pieces.  However, because we do offer both design services and a store experience, we can meet most everyone’s needs and will custom order select pieces for our customers who are simply needing help selecting a few pieces to finish their space.
