AURORA is a 100% rosemary olive oil lovingly blended with rosemary and early-harvest Arbosana olives grown on small family farms in California’s Central Coast. Our olives are cold-pressed by a master miller within 90 minutes of harvest for freshness and flavor.
Tasting Notes: Woodsy, aromatic, peppery, evergreen
Packaged in a 375 mL / 12.7 fl. oz. fully-recyclable glass bottle that has been UV-coated to protect the olive oil from damaging light.
Harvest: November 2021 AURORA’s label was created in collaboration with Shawna X, the creative and artistic practice of New York based creative, Shawna Xiayun Huang, known for her vibrant and graphical image-making. Shawna enjoys projects about cultural identity, the creative process, and motherhood. She creates experiences in music, fashion, technology, collaborating with clients such as New Yorker, MINI, Academy Awards, Nike, Google, and Ghostly International.
